Pi day celebrated early at FBRA!

All week students have studied interesting facts about Pi.  For example, students and staff were amazed to learn that a young man from China memorized Pi to over 68,000 places.  As a culminating piece, students completed a hands-on lab studying radius, diameter, circumference, area and, of course, Pi. Following the lab, students, staff, and volunteers enjoyed a delightful medley of pies provided by FBRA parents.students work to determine solutions using "Pi"Studnets enjoy some real "pie" for Pi day 2010!
