Jason with his wife Tania and son WilliamJason Wells is managing member of Blue Ridge Accounting Group, LLC, which provides financial accounting services to small businesses in Asheville, North Carolina, as well as other locations throughout the U.S.  

Before forming Blue Ridge Accounting in 2002, Jason was an audit manager with BDO Seidman, LLP.  While at BDO he specialized in providing accounting services to high-tech and SEC corporations, and was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group.

Recently, Jason has focused his accounting practice efforts on working with a select group of clients in the music industry.

He has a B.S. in business administration, accounting from the University of Tennessee. He also holds inactive CPA licenses in North Carolina and Colorado.

Jason enjoys trail running, snowboarding and mountaineering. He spent a month climbing in Argentina and Chile and has climbed peaks all over the lower 48.
